Our A/C has been experiencing issues for the past five years and specifically two months after our home finished so as anyone can imagine its been a whirlwind of emotions with still no true indication of what’s going on with our unit. We have wasted hundreds of dollars in service diagnostic fees with companies and technician over the years but more so recently, just to get different issues with each company. We received one last week and wanted a second opinion so my neighbor received Snappy and my 1st interaction with Timothy was amazing! He was very kind, personable, and so patient with answering all of my questions! He placed us for the 1st appointment the next business day due to learning about this experience. I also spoke with Tracy and she was also very upbeat, helpful and kind!
Patrick came out and if we could him 10/10, we gladly would! He was professional, kind, very knowledgeable and diligent in trying to help us once and for all. We felt safe and comfortable to finally be able to trust a second opinion around our unit!

Snappy came to diagnose a water heater that wasn’t giving us any hot water anymore. They did an extremely thorough job diagnosing the issue and trying to find solutions that didn’t result in a full replacement. However, we did have the replace the unit but we felt like they really tried everything they could before we got to that point. During the replacement the team was extremely professional and great to work with. Would highly recommend.
Today I woke up, and my AC unit was not working at all, and the fan wasn't even spinning when I checked the unit. I called Snappy, and Tracy was fantastic, and very corteous on the phone. She notified me she would be able to send out someone the same day to check the ac and diagnose the unit. Tracy held to her word, and Mark Sanders came out. He was very kind with great customer service, and immediately found the issue, and fixed the unit at a reasonable price, and being a snappy member paid off :).
The whole Snappy staff was amazing, and now my ac is up and running well. Thank you Snappy for making me happy.
