Our A/C has been experiencing issues for the past five years and specifically two months after our home finished so as anyone can imagine its been a whirlwind of emotions with still no true indication of what’s going on with our unit. We have wasted hundreds of dollars in service diagnostic fees with companies and technician over the years but more so recently, just to get different issues with each company. We received one last week and wanted a second opinion so my neighbor received Snappy and my 1st interaction with Timothy was amazing! He was very kind, personable, and so patient with answering all of my questions! He placed us for the 1st appointment the next business day due to learning about this experience. I also spoke with Tracy and she was also very upbeat, helpful and kind!

Patrick came out and if we could him 10/10, we gladly would! He was professional, kind, very knowledgeable and diligent in trying to help us once and for all. We felt safe and comfortable to finally be able to trust a second opinion around our unit!

We are very thankful for Patrick expertise and responsiveness! We also appreciate Timothy and Tracy’s willingness to help and to share kindness!

These people are great to work with. Josh Monk did a change out on our hot water heater. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company and for plumbing ask for Josh.

First-time customer and couldn’t be more impressed!
Patrick was outstanding—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly thorough. He clearly explained what needed to be done and walked me through a few minor issues he found with our system, along with the best solutions. I really appreciated the time he took to ensure everything was clear and addressed. Great service from start to finish. I’m very glad I found this company!

Tracy - at the office/scheduler - was great! Communicated so well about process, and was super flexible when I needed to change our appt. Love that they send a picture of technician ahead of their arrival at the house.
Patrick - our technician - was personable, knowledgeable and efficient.
This was our second great experience with Snappy for routine service checks.

Ben was phenomenal. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Just straight-up competence, professionalism, and respect for my time. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and left the area cleaner than he found it. If every service tech were like Ben, home repairs would be a dream instead of a headache. Give that man a raise.
